Support Information & Telephone Numbers

TriSyn Group provides product support, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Support is available online, via the Internet and also by telephone.

Online Support

Online Support is available to our registered customers.

To access Online Support:

  1. From www.trisyngroup.com menubar, move the cursor over the Client Portal button.
  2. From the popup menu, click Access to Online Support.

Direct Product Support Telephone Numbers

Direct product support is provided during “normal” business hours which are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Direct product support phone numbers are listed alphabetically in the table below. An asterisk (*) indicates a phone number for a support site in the Central Standard Time zone. All other phone numbers are in the Eastern Standard Time.
