Infor365 Online Support Features
To ensure that TriSyn Group customers have immediate access to critical
information and solutions, we offer real time access to our Infor365 Online Support
Center. Infor365 is only available to registered customers.
It includes:
- Software Downloads – gives you access to download full product software and
documentation
- Downloads – allows you to search, review and download product/program corrections
and enhancements
- Knowledgebase – provides a comprehensive knowledge base featuring Regulatory
Compliance Newsletters
- Incidents – allows you to open, edit, and close existing incidents (support issues),
as well as search and browse previous incidents
- Documentation – provides product documentation
- Communities – allows you to participate in user group forums

And as a valued TriSyn Group client, you are entitled to access the free, monthly Regulatory Compliance Newsletter that describes significant issues affecting the financial industry, along with an Impact Summary describing how the topics mentioned in the newsletter may affect your software application. The Regulatory Compliance Newsletters are available by search in the Knowledgebase section of Infor365 Online Support.
Downloads
With the new features of the Downloads portion of Infor365, customers now have enhanced capabilities to manage their Infopoint product(s) and to ensure their software solutions are up-to-date.
The Downloads section gives customers the capability to search, browse and download product corrections/solutions. A new feature of this section packages correction code that affects multiple modules with a single download. This download package, called an Incident Resolution (IR), consists of one or more Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs), depending on the complexity of the solution.
The descriptive area of the IR contains the following:
- Product Name
- Product Release
- IR Description
- User Impact
- Problem Description
- Problem Resolution
- Testing Considerations
The actual code is provided in both sequence number update format and change list format, which allows the programmer to see the surrounding lines of code.
Infor365 Communities
Infor365 Communities is a business networking site providing customers the opportunity
to share ideas, best practices and participate in discussion groups related TriSyn Group products. To join a group of your interest, go to the Communities tab and select Infor365 Communities.
