Executive Bios

The TriSyn Group management team is a diverse group of industry veterans and experts who bring extensive experience in financial software, information technology and professional services to ensure the highest possible product quality and client satisfaction.

Jim Schaper, Chairman
Jim Schaper is a technology veteran with almost 30 years experience in the technology marketplace having held positions as President and CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Software and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Medaphis Corporation. In addition to serving as Chairman of TriSyn Group, Mr. Schaper serves as Chairman and CEO of Infor Global Solutions.

Byron Byrd, Vice President, Sales and Professional Services
Byron Byrd brings 19 years of technology experience, most of which focused on serving the financial services industry. He is responsible for ensuring successful client relationships and for the delivery of consulting, training and custom solution offerings. Previously, Mr. Byrd served as the Director of Professional Services for Pegasystems, a Boston-based workflow automation company specializing in back office banking exception management. Prior to Pegasystems, he held multiple IT management and services positions with Bank of America, NationsBank, and several regional banking institutions.

Kenneth Facemyer, Senior Vice President, Technology
Ken Facemyer has more than 20 years of experience in the financial IT industry and is responsible for driving the technology strategy of TriSyn Group solutions. Since joining TriSyn Group in 1987, he has led a variety of mission-critical technology initiatives, including the design and development of new software, application infrastructure, and tools using component-based, object-oriented methodologies. Prior to that, Mr. Facemyer focused on applying new technologies for financial applications, working with Texas American Services, Inc., where he was responsible for implementing new integrated deposit and lending systems.

Randy Powers, Vice President, Development
Randy Powers has been with TriSyn Group for nearly 20 years and has been responsible for numerous strategic product evolutions. Mr. Powers has managed many successful client partnerships, co-development projects and consulting efforts and maintains close relationships with many TriSyn Group customers who have worked with him over the years. In this role, Mr. Powers is responsible for ensuring the Development organization provides high-quality, on-time products and solutions to meet our customers’ business needs.

Beth Voyik Wilson, Vice President, Marketing and
Product Management
Beth Wilson brings a wealth of expertise and experience in product management, marketing and professional services within the banking, government and IT industries. She is responsible for driving TriSyn Group’s product and solution strategy while ensuring alignment across the organization. Previously, Ms. Wilson managed the design, development and marketing of software and solutions at leading-edge companies such as BroadVision and Tradex Technologies (Ariba). She began her career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) implementing change management initiatives to ensure successful system implementations.
