Using the Submit button to register for Vision 2008, Attendee consents to TriSyn Group using and/or publishing the photos, video and sound recordings of Attendee, made by TriSyn Group in connection with the conference, at TriSyn Group's discretion without compensation or other liability to Attendee.

Payment & Confirmation Information


After submitting your registration form, you will receive written confirmation of your conference registration. If any of the information is incorrect, please contact the Registration Hotline at (214) 492-5403. Along with your confirmation you will receive an invoice and payment instructions, which include the ability to pay via credit card or check. Please make sure to bring all confirmations with you to the conference.

Cancellation Policy


Conference cancellations must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and postmarked no later than April 10, 2008 to receive a full refund. Any cancellations received after this date will be subject to approval and a $25.00 processing fee. Attendees are responsible for cancellation of hotel reservations.
