Multiple Session Formats
Presenters will have the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the ride through a variety of session formats that will increase attendee participation and communication. Each session format provides a forum to share and discuss concepts, ideas and best practices.
Roundtable Discussions: Roundtable discussions are ideal for busy professionals who enjoy interacting with peers. Facilitating a roundtable is made easy by working with your TriSyn Group track leader to determine key topics and supporting points to discuss. There is no presentation, so you simply introduce and moderate the session; then it’s anchors-away as attendees share their ideas while they learn from others’ experiences.
Panel Discussions: Panel discussions provide a lively and collaborative way to exchange insight on topics that are important to your user group. TriSyn Group will work with panelists on strategic points of discussion and a short oration to contribute. With this session format, you simply join the panel, share your views and collaborate with other panelists to answer questions from attendees.
Formal Presentations: Do you have a unique experience, innovative best practice or creative approach in the way your institution does business? If so, your user group wants to hear from you. Don’t worry about taking time to create a formal presentation. A simple interview will provide all of the ingredients for a great session. Your TriSyn Group skipper will do the rest by preparing the presentation, providing the session design and offering unique concepts to engage attendees.
Interactive Sessions: Interactive sessions are not only a smooth sail; they also offer uncharted territory for learning. Including an activity or break-out session with your presentation engages the crowd and helps participants earn extra value from the topic being shared. Of course, your TriSyn Group team member will be there with you on every track by preparing session materials and collaborating with you on activities to complement your session and promote audience interaction.
